Let Go
Releasing the Past
Let Go creates a space for change and transformation. When we let go of whatever holds us back or weighs us down—like control, expectations, toxic relationships, or fear—we experience growth and development. By taking positive steps to release emotional baggage, we facilitate our own liberation.
Let Go engages participants through the ritual of writing Let Go notes and collaging the notes onto paintings, to release the past. The work can be adapted to accommodate any group size or available space. Through creative care, art can provide a space to nourish healthy relationships, to enhance inner peace, and to experience new levels of personal freedom.
